Terms and Conditions:
For all the items, any order totalling over £1000 (excluding VAT) delivery is free of charge. Any order below this amount is charged.
For special items, this will be advised at the time of order. For special items and deliveries to the any locations, the surcharges will be applied to your order.
SALE CONDITIONS
We have the right to refuse any orders without prior notification.
PRICES
Subject to alteration without prior notice. We have the right to invoice goods at prices ruling at the date of despatch. Prices shown do NOT include VAT. Payments are charged in GBP.
DESCRIPTION of PRODUCT
www.steledirectreliefcare.com attempts to be as accurate as possible. However, it does not warrant that product descriptions or other content of this site is accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free. If a product offered by
www.steledirectreliefcare.com itself is not as described; your sole remedy is to return it in unused condition.
DELIVERY OF GOODS
We will despatch all goods by the most cost-effective method of transport unless otherwise specified by the customer. We will acknowledge despatch charges before processing non-U.K. orders when the appropriate despatch option is selected.
RETURNS AND CANCELLATIONS
Please note the following section applies to B2C (business to consumer) purchasing, but not B2B (business to business) transactions:
If you no longer wish to buy the item you have ordered, please confirm to us in writing as soon as possible and we will do our utmost to cancel it with no penalties, up to the point of dispatch from our manufactural.
Once the order (or part order) has been dispatched, you can state a wish to return the item, for any reason, up to fourteen days from the day of delivery. This must be done in writing via
info@steledirectreliefcare.com We cannot accept returns without prior notification.
If you wish to return the item and have informed us as above, the order must be returned to us, as sold (in original packaging and in resalable condition) within fourteen days of the cancellation. On receipt of the order back into our Returns Department, we will issue a full refund for the price you paid for the order (or part order). Excluding delivering charges. If you fail to take reasonable care of the contents of the order prior to them arriving back to us we reserve the right to charge you for any reduction in value. If you would like us to arrange the collection of the order for return, then we will be happy to help but will charge associated costs and will expect the packaging to be of sufficient strength.
We are unable to guarantee acceptance of returns of certain items, for example sanitary or sterile products, or items which are made to order/cut to size, for example specifically sized cushions. In some cases, we may be able to accept a return but need to incur a restocking charge to cover prolonged stockholding and/or devaluation.
This cancellation policy does not affect your legal rights; if goods are faulty, mis-described or mis-picked we will accept returns and cover all associated costs on the proviso we are informed in writing within three (working) days of delivery. We will then contact you to arrange the return of the order and give a full refund or replacement order. We will assume your full co-operation in the return of any faulty item(s).
PAYMENT OF ACCOUNTS
For account holders, our terms of payment are strictly net 30 days from date of invoice.

We take credit card security and fraud prevention very seriously. To ensure a speedy delivery it is important that you provide us with the exact address that your credit or debit card is registered to.
